The Natural History Museum –Here you can marvel at the city’s natural wonders.

The Grand Mosque – One of Oman’s most ornate and dramatic buildings with towering minarets, a white marble courtyard and stunning Swarovski chandeliers. A walk in the beautiful landscaped gardens is also recommended before leaving.

Gain an insight into Oman’s history at Tanuf – A ghost-town abandoned in the 1960s but set in spectacular surrounds.

Visit a Falaj – An ingenious man-made irrigation system feeding the entire city of Nizwa.

Misfah – An oasis in the mountains whose endearing residents will welcome you with open arms.
